This WWII belt of five (5) rounds were retrieved from a bombing range in Arizona as part of a large belt of over 50 rounds. These five have not been separated since WWII. This War relic was to be fired from a U.S. fighter or bomber whose crew was preparing for combat, these .50 caliber Browning machine gun cartridges and links are a genuine piece of World War II history. All cartridges are head stamped with the year of manufacture, and the location of the arsenal from which it was made. This clip will also come with a small history info sheet, describing the item along with arsenals.
THIS ARE AN INERT CARTRIDGES! The bullets were originally fired back in the 1940's and the cases found on the battle field of an old firing range. A separate original WWII .50 cal projectile and link (also found on the battle field or old firing range) was added back into it for display purposes only.
